Juanita's Baby Back Ribs
For Best Results:
Pick up a container of JUANITA’S SOUL CLASSICS ALL-SPICE SEASONING.
Use it to rub on these "world class" ribs.
Sprinkle both sides of ribs generously with JUANITA’S SOUL CLASSICS
ALL-SPICE SEASONING. Place in baking pan and cover with 1/2 cup of chopped
onion. Add just enough water to cover the bottom of the pan. Cover tightly with
aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until meat easily seperates from
the rib bone. Let cool.
Place ribs upside down on baking sheet and coat the bottom evenly with JUANITA’S
SOUL CLASSICS HOME-STYLE BARBEQUE SAUCE. Turn over and coat the top generously.
Return the ribs back to the oven and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes, or
until a rich "BB cuey" glaze forms. Remove from the oven and repeat
with additional coatings one more time for the best dang ribs you'll ever eat!
For the Grilling Enthusiast: Follow the steps above for baking
the ribs and coat with the BBQ sauce. Instead of finishing in the oven, try them
on the grill!
