Juanita's Fried Catfish
3 pounds filet of Catfish
Make an egg wash seasoned with garlic salt and black pepper, then coat with JUANITA’S
SOUL CLASSICS FISH COATING, and you can either deep fry or pan fry in
hot oil.
(check temperature of oil by dropping a small amount of fish coating into the
oil, making sure that the coating does not brown too fast and the oil does not
smoke).
I suggest, if you can, using a cast iron skillet.
Fry until golden brown.
